Yes. Build the job and complete checkout as a guest. Enter an email address you can access because we use it to identify the order and send order messages. After an eligible guest order is paid, you can sign in with the same verified email and connect that order to your customer account.

Use My Files to preview or download a PDF we retained from one of your print jobs, see its linked job history, and start a supported reorder. You need to sign in to access it. My Files holds eligible print uploads, not general documents. Use PrintDesk when you need the order, payment, production, or fulfilment record.

RCP is how we recognise eligible returning customers with account-linked levels and print discounts. We calculate your level from recent paid-order activity, so there are no points or vouchers to collect. Sign in to see your current level. We apply an eligible RCP discount during pricing and show it in the order summary before checkout.
