My Files stores the files PrintSimple retains from your past print jobs. Sign in to preview or download a retained file, view its linked print-job history, and start a supported reorder. Use PrintDesk for order history and My Files for retained uploads. My Files does not work as general document storage.

RCP recognises eligible returning customers through account-linked levels and print discounts. PrintSimple calculates your level from recent paid-order activity. Your account applies the eligible level and discount at checkout. RCP does not require points, vouchers, or claims.
